A native of Washington DC, Chef Manuel Sequeira has spent more than 20 years working in the food and beverage industry. After completing a classic French apprenticeship in Tampa, FL in 2003, Chef Manuel has spent the last 14 years working at some of the nation’s top hotel and catering companies in both Washington DC and Charleston, SC. He comes to the kitchen after a year as our banquet chef and is eager to put all of his experience into the Charleston restaurant scene and rise to this new and challenging chapter of his career.
