Chs Restaurant Week 2016

If you thought the days of enjoying delicious, rich meals went away with the holidays, think again! It’s time again for every Holy City foodie’s favorite event: Charleston Restaurant Week 2016. Now through January 17th, enjoy three courses from our carefully curated Restaurant Week menu for only $35.

For your first course, try our HERB AND CITRUS SALAD, made with fresh arugula, green onions, parsley, crunchy breadcrumbs, pomelo pulp, and a tangy grapefruit and lemon Italian dressing, FRIED PICKLED GREEN TOMATOES covered in benne seed tempura, and served with charred sweet onion relish, or LOCAL DINO AND RUSSIAN KALE SALAD, topped with almonds, ricotta salata cheese, shaved Brussels, and a benne seed garlic dressing.

Then move on to a main course of SMOKED QUAIL, served with a poached quail egg, apple and duck confit collards, and topped with hot sauce liver mousse, STARS’ GRILL ROOM STEAK angus beef shoulder tenderloin, served with local Geechie Boy black truffle grits, and bacon braised herb mushrooms, or LOCAL OCEAN HARVEST, featuring a rotating daily catch, prepared with bacon confit fingerling potatoes, roasted and pickled cauliflower and house bacon.

For dessert, choose from CHARLESTON PLUFF MUD PUDDING, with a dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate mousse, and topped with locally made pecan bark, and brown sugar sauce, or our CHEF’S SELECTION, which changes daily (ask your server for today’s choice!). Those who would prefer to sip their dessert should try a rich ESPRESSO MOCHA-TINI, made with chilled espresso, Tito’s vodka, and Frangelico, shaken, not stirred, to make the perfect nightcap.
