Founded in 2013 by Star’s Rooftop & Grill Room own expert bartender, Rochelle Jones, Southern Twist Cocktail Company continues to gain fans throughout the country. The mixes are designed to pair well with a variety of spirits, but are perfectly refreshing when served alone or in a ‘mocktail’. Each serving contains only 25 calories, and is created using all-natural ingredients, along with pure cane sugar and erythritol, a zero calorie plant derived natural sweetener. Mixes come in four flavors: Lavender & Vanilla, Hibiscus & Mint, Ginger & Jalapeño, and Bison Grass, with more unique flavor combinations set to arrive in the future.
At Stars, we love these low calorie mixes so much we’ve incorporated them into our Drink Menu. With Rochelle’s help, we’ve created three skinny cocktails for the calorie conscious that pack all the flavor of a full calorie cocktail but come with none of the guilt. If there is one cocktail that’s absolutely made for sipping on our beautiful rooftop, it’s Seventh Steeple, a cocktail made from Beefeater and Southern Twist’s newest mix flavor: Bison Grass.
