On one side, there is a beautiful presentation of chilled dishes including artisan cheeses, hardwood smoked salmon, fresh fruit and chilled salads. One another side, an omelet station with a variety of meats, local vegetables and cheese invites you to design your ideal omelet. For the sweet finish, Pastry Chef Ross Evans offers perfect portions of luxurious desserts.
Perhaps one of the most impressive aspects of brunch is the table of hot entrees offering dish after dish of flavorful, vibrant, Southern brunch cuisine. Chef Nathan Thurston uses local seafood, fresh produce and Stars’ own rooftop-grown herbs to create a bounty of hot specialty dishes in his signature style.
