The atmosphere and vision of Stars Rooftop & Grill Room was designed with a focus on its historic location at 495 King Street. The owners of Stars utilized the exterior and interior architectural integrity of the original building in the restaurant’s design. Stars was uniquely constructed to preserve a large amount of the existing materials through the process of reuse, reclaim, restore, and sustain. High curved booths, one-of-a-kind artisan-built chandeliers and sconce lighting, reclaimed Appalachian Walnut wainscoting, a coffered ceiling, and custom Terrazzo floors revive the craftsmen decor of the original design of the building.
Stars’ Grill Room was specifically designed for each guest to have a clear view of the exhibition kitchen and live wood-fired cooking. The excitement of watching the chefs and the busy grill room filled with guests creates an energetic and lively fine dining atmosphere that you simply have to experience.
