When you join us for dinner at Stars Rooftop & Grill Room, you’ll notice some changes to our Menu. We’ve added a few new items, and updated plenty more, for a selection that’s our best yet. New to the Salads section of our Dinner Menu, is a Roasted Winter Persimmon and Squash Salad, made with locally sourced persimmon and squash, served on a bed of fresh greens and topped with honey glazed oats, goat cheese and white balsamic vinaigrette. In the Share Plates section, you’ll find Gullah Spiced Clams, made using local clams, prepared with traditional Gullah spices, compound butter, prosecco, and shaved garlic, and served with sourdough bread. For dessert, we’ve added our White Lightning Peach Crème Brulee, made with locally sourced peaches.

When you arrive, treat your Valentine to pre-dinner a glass of artisan Tap Wine, or one of our Signature Cocktails like the Wild Flower Whiskey Sour, made with Bulleit rye whiskey, elderflower liqueur, green chartreuse, honey and a squeeze of fresh lemon, or the sparkling Stars 495, made with locally distilled Virgil Kane rye whiskey, pomegranate liqueur, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice and prosecco.
