Ingredients

  • 1.5oz of Hendrick’s Gin
  • .75oz lemon juice
  • .5oz simple syrup
  • 3oz of prosecco

Unlike many other brands and types of gin, Hendrick’s contains infusions of cucumber, which adds a fantastically fresh flavor to this cocktail. Unsure of what type of prosecco to use? That’s understandable, as you have plenty of options to choose from. Prosecco is available in four different levels of “dryness,” ranging from sweet to very dry. Be sure to experiment and find out which works best for you!

Directions

  • Shake and strain the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a flute
  • Top off with the prosecco

Mixing this drink is fairly simple. The key is to use the best ingredients available with just the right proportions. For best results, we recommend using crushed ice and a high quality shaker. A rind of lemon can be added to the top of the glass for a special touch!
